Light of the World Garden

Experience the Teachings of Jesus Christ Through Art and Nature

The Light of the World Foundation was created to help strengthen faith and testimony of our Savior, Jesus Christ.  Construction on the Light of the World Garden is well underway and we anticipate a Summer 2016 grand opening.  During construction the Light of the World Garden is closed to the public.  We look forward to unveiling these magnificent sculptures that will help us all learn more about the stories of Jesus.

Light of the World Foundation

The Light of the World Foundation is working with Thanksgiving Point to create the Light of the World Garden.  The Garden is located due east of Vista Mound in the Thanksgiving Point Gardens in Lehi, UT. The Light of the World Garden is currently closed and under construction.  The expected grand opening is Summer 2016.

Previously, the "Butterfly Garden" had a temporary exhibit of the artistic body of work depicting teachings and miracles of Jesus Christ by renowned sculptor, Angela Johnson. Three magnificent monumental sculptures of our Savior, Jesus Christ, and eleven exhibit scale pieces gave all who viewed them the opportunity to ponder and meditate upon events from the life of Jesus.  This body of work of Jesus Christ has been a traveling exhibit for five years. It has exhibited in Washington D.C., Oakland, California and ten other cities in the United States.

The Light of the World Garden has been created through the generous contributions of individuals and families. Our primary way of fundraising for the Garden is through scene sponsorships (we currently have 13 of the 15 scenes sponsored).  Please contact us for more information about opportunities to sponsor a scene.
